RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS AGREEMENTS: For allowing me to participate in Public Skating and related ice events and activities. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future against the Rink, I agree to the fullest extent permitted by law. Assumption of all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that I may suffer or incur, or that my next of kin may suffer or incur, as a result of my use of the Rink or equipment.
